Trained as artist & filmmaker, he co-founded LA -based Flinch Studio in 1999, providing cutting-edge creative digital services for internet clients. Flinch quickly made a name for itself as an agile and diverse boutique studio, with a scrappy crew of animators, coders and producers. In 2013, Grillo founded MightyPants Media, a full-service studio producing Video, FX, Motion Design and Animation for entertainment and advertising. Today, MightPants remains streamlined and operates remotely, servicing clients in the US, Canada and Europe.
